Business circles in various countries have paid high attention to the vast market of pharmaceutical, health care and cosmetic products in China for long time. After China's WTO entry£¬competition to get access to Chinese market among the foreign enterprises and firms are even more sharpened. Nonetheless£¬these categories of products all are subject to stringent testing, examination and appraisal by appropriate organizations. This process involves relevant Chinese polices, laws and regulations, quality standards, test method as well as complicated application and approval formalities. In addition to these, some peculiar circumstances in China also may cause great difficulty and time and economical losses for the foreign enterprises to go through the formalities in getting approval for their products. Viewing to these existing circumstances, we generalize our years' experiences of services in consultancy and agency for our customers, readjusting items in service, streamlining working routines and organizing a practice-oriented expert group. We require that every business transaction should be tracked by experts with related technologies, in the effort to undertake business transaction accurately and timely.

This office shall provide practicable services wholeheartedly for the enterprises and firms who wish to get ingress to Chinese market.

I. Working routine
  1. Our services are divided into two major parts: consultancy and agency£»
  2. All transactions should be entrusted in written and formal letter;
  3. Before we accept a transaction, we shall ask our customer to provide us with some reference materials (confidential excluded) as well as either entire product samples in smallest package or product descriptions (reference materials and product descriptions should be in Chinese), for us to make decision on whether to accept the transaction or not.
  4. For the transaction which we decide to accept, we will conclude consultancy and/or agency contract with our customer in due form.
  5. We shall complete the consultancy transaction and submit a consultation statement to our customer within 10 straight days (but if major public holidays are coincidental to part of this period, then the time period should be prolonged accordingly) after the signing date of the contract. The following subject matters are incorporated into the statement:
    (1) Working routines in relation to application, testing, examination and approval as well as clinical research.
    (2)The item-wised charging standards and lasting time of the above-mentioned transaction (only in relative accuracy, but yet to be modified according to practical situation);
    (3) Requirements for declaration documents£»
    (4) Relevant quality standards and policies, laws and Regulations
    (5)relevant suggestions
  6. Whether to accept an agency transaction for product declaration shall be decided on the outcome of the previous consultancy transaction. For the accepted transaction for agency service, we will submit a working program to our customer within 10 straight days (but if major public holidays are coincidental to part of this period, then the time period should be prolonged accordingly), which cover:
    (1)Item-wised scheduling program of whole process of the transaction:
    (2)Total amount and specified expenditures and date of disbursement;
  7. The program should be confirmed by both parties, signed by project manager and stamped with company seal;
  8. Part of the service charges should be paid by the customer on the date of signing contract by both parties. Therein:
for consulting service, 50% shall be paid£¬The rest part due shall be paid when the whole process of transaction is completed in lump sum;
for agency service, 10% shall be paid£¬another 40% shall be paid within 10 days after the date of sign the contract; The rest part due shall be paid when the whole process of transaction is completed in lump sum; br Note: The major holidays shall mean: legislated resting days for New year¡¯s Day, May Day, National Day, Spring Festival;

II. Service items and charging standards
  1. Consultancy during the full process of transaction, such as application, examination, reporting, approving and testing for pharmaceuticals, biological, health food, cosmetics and health related products, etc. Service charge: 2000 US $/each kind of product
  2. Arrange "Certificate of approval for imported health food" issued by relevant Chinese organization for foreign health food, and provide service throughout the process of the declaration. Service charge£º20000 US $ /each kind of product
  3. Arrange "Certificate of approval for imported cosmetics" issued by relevant Chinese organization for foreign special cosmetics for special usage, and provide service throughout the process of the declaration. Service charge£º3000 US $ /each kind of product
  4. Arrange "Certificate of approval for imported cosmetics" issued by relevant Chinese organization for foreign cosmetics, and provide service throughout the process of the declaration. Service charge£º2000 US $ /each kind of product
  5. According to features of product and requirement from customer, we will help customer in searching for reliable product agent, subcontractor or collaborator. Service charge£º3000 US $ /each kind of product
  6. Inquiry for product and price information of raw pharmaceutical materials, intermediate and natural extracts from plant produced in china. Service charge£º500 US $ /each kind of product
  7. Clinical Trail Management: phase I-III Clinical Trial and post-Marketing Clinical Trial; Clinical Research Center Selection; Clinical Trial Preparation; Clinical Trial Monitoring; Data Analysis.   8. Translation charge£º
